I can't draw very well, so those pictures are mainly composed of pokemon and other pictures I found on the internet. I hope you get the general idea. First, I really like Eevee and it's evos and have this idea that eeveelutions should be able to evolve once more. So, here are some possibilities for them: 
Soleon (if you have a better name, please contact me). I always thought Espeon desperately needed the evolution which actually looks like a SUN pokemon. Evolves with Sun Stone (I also always wondered why Espeon didn't - and the same for Umbreon and Moonstone).
A possible solution for Umbreon, a silver pokemon called Silpeon (maybe even being dark-steel type), but I prefer the following ones:
Starleon - star lion pokemon with an actual mane (better than Arcanine and Manectric :P ). Evolves from male Umbreon with Moonstone.
Again, Umbreon and Moonstone, but a female variant called Luneon.
Roseon, Leafeon covered with roses.
A few other possibilities for Dragonair (I think Dragonite looks pretty foolish and lacks elegance and dignity of a dragon):
Called Dragonstar. I would introduce a new type - light - or it could just be a dark type. Evolves with Moonstone.
Dragonspring. I read somewhere something about Dragonair being a spring pokemon, but this picture is simply a fusion of Dragonair and one of my favourite pokemon, Tropius. Evolves with Leaf Stone, of course.
This is my favourite one, rainbow pokemon, although I still don't have a name for it nor an evolution item/way (any ideas gratefully accepted).
